Map with colored elements by John Senex: The Empire of Germany and surrounding regions. The regions, cities, towns, et cetera, are clearly identified on the map, larger settlements or significant Christian sites marked with red castle/cathedral icon, i.e. "Aurick" top left of map. Borders and mountain ranges, colored, some texture, forests, rivers, and bodies of water, not colored, some texture. Decorative black and white title cartouche with a male figure crowned by a cherub and an eagle and a dedication to "...Christopher Martin Count de Degenfeldt..." with scale below, top left of map. Measurement marks surround black and yellow line border, directional notations in English on each side, "South", bottom of map. Foxing spots scattered on surface of map, chips around edges, page fold damaged, bottom.
