In "Selenographia, sive Lunae descriptio (Selenography, or A Description of The Moon)" Hevelius reflected on the differences between his work and that of Galileo Galilei. Selenography... became one of the standard works on the Moon for over a century. This particular print shows the constellation of Aquarius.
